As promised, gospel artists yesterday gave the best performance as they ushered in the New Year.
Down in Thika stadium, the numbers don’t lie. The hype was worth it and the blessings and power filled performances impressed many.
Some of the gospel artists who performed during this event include all the EMB crew; Bahati, Mr Seed, Ben Githae, David Wonder and other artists on the line up.
The event started at 4pm and went on till dawn. Kenyans who went with expectant hearts can attest to the event having been a grand experience.
The Gospel space has been held by artists who are determined and have the self drive to grow the industry and even as individuals.
The theme was basically to give thanks for 2019 and usher in 2019 with thanksgiving under God’s glory. Indeed this was made a reality.
Holding it down on the decks was none other than one of Kenya’s best DJ Sadic.
The energy at Thika Stadium was on to a whole new level and the crowd can agree that it was such a good feeling to kick off the year with that much energy
