Ending the year in style!!Tuskys rewards it’s loyal customers

The regional retailer Tusker Mattresses Limited has officially handed over 38 cars to the winners of the over Ksh.150 million customer reward campaign dubbed ‘Christmas Deals Poa.’

The campaign which is the second of its kind for the retailer, was launched last month with the aim of rewarding customers for their loyalty to the Tuskys brand with various prizes among them cars, and other electronic and household appliances.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Tuskys Supermarkets CEO, Dan Githua reiterated Tuskys commitment to their customers as well as the great take up of the campaign.

“I am pleased today to be handing over these 38 cars to our customers who have shopped and won with us this festive season. For Tuskys, this is a clear indication of our growing bond with our customers, as well as our commitment to ensuring that our relationship is mutually beneficial” said Mr Githua.

The winners of the other items will continue to receive their awards at the various Tuskys branches countrywide.

The ‘Christmas Deals Poa’ campaign was projected to lead to a 30 per cent increase in sales, a figure that has been substantively surpassed owing to the bulk shopping by regular customers over the festive season as well as new shoppers whose interest was in the ‘shop and win’ aspect of the campaign.

“The retail space especially in Kenya remains highly competitive, however as Tuskys Supermarkets we have over the years through consistency, providing quality products through our able partners and giving our customers value for their money established our niche. As a result, we have experienced tremendous uptake of not only the ‘Christmas Deals Poa’ campaign, but the various others we continue to launch every year,” added Mr Githua.

In the midst of the Christmas Deals Poa Campaign, Tuskys Supermarket registered its footprint on the cyberspace with the launch of a dedicated online store www.tuskys.com which has seen over 4 million people visiting the online platform within the last two weeks.

“The launch of a Tuskys Online store was part of our customer promise to continuously enhance their experience through a range of convenient retail platforms,” said Mr. Githua adding that, “this platform, also allows us to expand mutual value for our suppliers who will now enjoy wider market reach.”

Various companies have been part of The Tuskys ‘Christmas Deals Poa’ campaign which is set to come to a close in January 2019.
