The embattled Migori Governor Okoth Obado has presented himself to the High Court in Milimani Law Courts today. The Migori County boss is accused of murdering his pregnant girlfriend Sharon Otieno. Obado appeared in court for the mention of the case involving the murder of the slain Rongo University Student.
Mr Obado, who is out on bond, on Thursday presented himself to the High Court in Milimani, Nairobi, in the company of his lawyers led by Cliffe Ombeta.
He is facing to counts of murder, that of Sharon and her unborn baby who was stabbed alongside her. His two aides Michael Oyamo and Caspal Obiero who are also accused in the case are still in custody after they were denied release on bail.
