Dr.Miguna Miguna is seemingly on the winning end this time round. Everything is just moving according to the National Resistance Movement General’s wish.
Just few days ago, The high court ruled on the legibility of his citizenship which was embattled. Through Justice Chacha Mwite’s ruling , Miguna Miguna was pronounced a Kenyan National and ordered the state to return his passport.
On top of that the high court ordered CS Fred Matianng’i and Gordon Kikhalangwa to personally pay Miguna for infringing on his rights. The court ordered the two to pay him 7 million and an extra of more than 200,000 for his house repair.
Both Matiang’i and Kihalangwa moved to court to challenge the decision by the court.
But from the latest hearing by the high court , it is reported that both Matiang’i and Kihalangwa have withdrawn the case challenging the ruling.

This means that Miguna is finally a free man completely. This means a lot to his supporters who have been appealing for him to be brought back in the country.
