Bad for Arsenal: Mesut Ozil & Aaron Ramsey injury updates before Huddersfield

Will Arsenal make it 21 games without defeat when they take on Huddersfield Town this Saturday.

It’s been a superb week for Unai Emery as Arsenal have shown their mettle.

The Gunners kicked off the year losing to Man City and Chelsea. That left many questioning how good Arsenal will be in this year of transition.

But since that start, Arsenal haven’t lost since. After a recent 1-1 draw with Liverpool, Arsenal beat Spurs and drew at Man United.

It feels highly unlikely Huddersfield will end Arsenal’s unbeaten run this weekend.

Mesut Ozil seems to be out vs Huddersfield
According to the Standard, Mesut Ozil is set to miss his fifth Arsenal match in a row this weekend.

Ozil is still hampered with his back issues, meaning he’s not fit to face the Terriers.

The 30-year-old German international, who gets paid 350,000 pounds a week, was recently left out the Arsenal team at Bournemouth for purely tactical reasons.

Ozil is currently training, however he’s working away from the main group.

This season Ozil has three goals and one assist in 10 Premier League matches.

He’s also scored once in the Europa League.

Report  claim that it’s highly unlikely that Aaron Ramsey will be fit for Arsenal this weekend.

Ramsey rolled his ankle against Man United. He was subbed out the match at the break.

Rob Holding also joined Arsenal’s injury list after the Old Trafford game.

A knee injury could keep him out of action for a while.
