Eye witnesses, Esther Mumbi, who viewed the dismembered body parts before police took them to City Mortuary said it was done with precision and suspect the boy, could have been under the influence of hard drugs.

Mumbi, who spoke on the phone, said the village is shocked by what happened because the suspect has no history of violence.

“What he has done has never been heard before and the entire village is wondering what bedeviled the boy. This is not normal for a boy his age to do. We hope he will tell the police what influenced him to that extent,” said Mumbi.
