Messi has previously said he would like to play for Newell’s Old Boys in Argentina one day, where he trained as a youngster. However, the Barcelona’s legend could choose to end his professional career at the Camp Nou. Also, there are some other football players who played for only one club in their playing careers such as Roma’s Totti and Manchester United’s Giggs.

“We’ll do everything possible so that beautiful trophy we desire returns here,” promised Messi. He expressed this wish in front of everyone in attendance at the Camp Nou and that trophy is obviously the Champions League. Winning the Champions League again may be his first objective, and he also wants to win more titles with Barcelona. Besides, he hopes to win a trophy with Argentina and breaks individual records.
