A mortuary attendant accused of sodomising 18 schoolboys early in May this year will finally know his fate next week after a court postponed judgement of the case. Nakuru Resident Magistrate Eunice Kelly said that the judgement in case facing Thomas Kidemi Musabire will be delivered Wednesday next week.
Mr Musabire,aged 45 is accused of sexual crimes against minors and promoting child prostitution by showing schoolchildren pornographic films on unknown dates in March at his house in Railways, Nakuru.
The prosecution told the court that the suspect, who is a father of five girls, encouraged pupils aged between 12 and 15 to engage in sexual intercourse with a mentally ill woman, whom he used to sexually arouse the children before sodomizing them.
“After showing the adult videos to the boys, he makes them have sex with a mad woman whom he has kept in his house on condition that they have sex with him in return,” said one of the parent’s of the victim.

The boys who testified earlier in court said the suspect gave them Ksh. 50 as enticement for them to have sex with the woman at his house. However, in his defence, Mr Musabire told the court that he was framed by his neighbours who misunderstood his close relationship with the boys.
Musabire further told the court that he stayed in a single room at the Nakuru Railways estate with three boys who always invited their friends to the place.
However, one parent claimed her 12-year old son had been a victim of sodomy saying that Musabire would use pornographic content to entice his victims who are between the ages of 9 and 16.
The court now says that it will deliver its judgement on November 28.
