Rayvanny in trouble as BASATA sends final warning

Tanzanian Artist Rayvanny has received yet another warning today over his ‘ Mwanza’ song.

This comes days after  the Tanzanian Art Council banned his song which he released as a collabo with Diamond Platinumz ahead of the Wasafi Festival.

In the reasons given by BASATA , the song is against their moral values and does not meet the requirements of the council hence the ban.

The council ordered that the song should be pulled out of YouTube and had warned the Tanzanian media from using it.

Recently there has been rumors that the ban was lifted and the  song is still in use in their country and  some can still access it although WCB made it unavailable on YouTube.

The Tanzanian Art Council have addressed these rumors in their recent statement saying that the ban has not been lifted and therefore media houses and the Tanzanian citizens should take caution.

In their  statement, the Tanzanian Art Council added saying that the citizens should rubbish the news that the ban has been lifted.

This time, Rayvanny  is in trouble as the council said that they were sending him and his team a final warning to comply with the directive issued to them. Which includes the order to immediately pull down the song from YouTube.

The council insists that if this is not done then they will be forced to go to the next step which will cost Rayvanny his music career.

Have a look at the message.
