There has been a lot of conversations around the legalization of Marijuana in Kenya led by Economist David Ndii and Raila Odinga Junior.

Ndii says that he smoked a lot of weed in his heydays and didn’t experience any addiction.

“I was addicted to cigarettes, struggled a lot to quit. I smoked a lot of pot in my youth, never had cravings or withdrawal symptoms. You’d have to smoke a hell of a lot of pot to get addicted, if at all.” The learned doctor said in August.

Junior on the other hand believes it is time for serious conversation on weed.

“Serious discussion has to be held on the legalisation and control of cannabis sativa, and entrepreneurs like MR Mbugua in their business and religious conquests,” he tweeted in August this year.

Do you think it is time to legalize weed?
