Citizen TV’s Willis Raburu has reacted after his co-host Joey Muthengi quit the Royal Media Services (RMS) owned station.
In his farewell message to Joey, Mr. Raburu said that the screen siren and now his former co-host inspired him in many ways.
He said that Ms. Muthengi had also been a good friend to him outside work, and she stood with him in good and in bad times as they worked together.
“What a ride it has been. You inspire me with your passion and meticulous planning, your organization and your amazing spirit. Most people don’t even understand our chemistry or how hard it is to find in this industry. Outside of it you are my friend. Never judging, always protecting and simply put, you get me.

His message came a few hours after Ms. Joey signed off from the Citizen TV on Friday with an emotional message that saw her break down on live TV.
