Kalonzo is now firmly Uhuru’s mtu wa mkono. Threatens detractors

Who saw this coming?? Well it has happened!

Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has declared that he will work with President Uhuru Kenyatta for better for worse.

According to the Wiper leader, the respect that the president has done to him after the death of his father cannot be equated to anything else.

‘Nitakua mtu ya mkono ya Uhuru kuanzia leo.’ Kalonzo swore during the burial of his father at their home in Tseikuru.

Kalonzo and ODM leader Raila Odinga, who was also present during the burial ceremony, were the main opposition during last year’s general elections. But the political shape of the country has changed since early this year when Raila and Uhuru decided to work together in now what is famously referred to as the Handshake.

Raila said that he was the Biblical Joshua while Kalonzo was Caleb and they were tasked with leading Kenyans to Canaan last year.

‘Kalonzo and I were leading the walk to Canaan. I was Joshua and Kalonzo was Caleb. In Canaan, Jubilee and NASA are together.’

But the journey was not successful because of presence of crocodiles in river Jordan. They therefore decided to come together with Uhuru to work for Kenyans.

Uhuru said he decided to come together with Raila and Kalonzo for the sake of development.

“Raila and I saw it best to come together because we knew when it comes to political fights it’s the citizens who get hurt. Despite our political differences we can’t allow Kenyans to lose their property and face tough economic times because of politics.”

And it seems the handshake has worked wonders as Raila was recently appointed the African Union High Representative for Infrastructure Development.

But most have been questioning the role of Kalonzo in the new realignment. It seems Kalonzo has quelled all the noise after he declared that Wiper Party is now in Jubilee. He said you may not know what will come from the union.
