Karibu!! But of what essence is Ronaldinho’s presence in Kenya?
Brazilian football star Ronaldo de Assis Moreira, alias “Ronaldinho Gaucho”, is finally in Kenya.
It all seems that the fleet footed midfielder will have a busy schedule as he is expected to head straight to Kisumu City, which is a bedrock of a lot of football.
Ronaldinho’s visit became alive courtesy of a local betting company and a Sports organization. It is expected to be a huge inspiration to upcoming footballers from grassroots in a bid to fight for a place in the 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar.

On Sunday 11th November, he will be the chief guest at the Super 8 Champions League finals at Camp Toyoyo grounds in Jericho, Nairobi and also visit to inspire many young footballers at the grassroots.
The dancing from these Maasai Morans could however could not go untapped as the Brazillian enjoyed their traditional moves accompanied by Radio queen Carole Radul.

Ronaldinho played mostly as an attacking midfielder, but was also deployed as a forward or a winger. He played the bulk of his career at European clubs Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and A.C. Milan as well as playing for the Brazilian national team. Often considered one of the best players of his generation and regarded by many as one of the greatest of all time.
