Why Jowie should prepare for the worst , after the release of Recce Squad officer.

Joe Irungu alias Jowie who was recently described as a male version of a slay queen, a ‘woman eater’ is preparing for the worst after all the suspects who had been arrested with  in connection to Monica Kimani’s murder set free on bail.

The Recce squad officer who is Jowie closest in the most saddening news to him is that is set to testify against him. This may completely bury Jowie.

Maribe his fiance swore an affidavit that distanced herself from the alleged murder case. Which means Jowie has to figure out his own steps to survive or go in for the murder which could attract a penalty of up to life imprisonment.

Jennings Orlando Odhiambo , the Recce Squad officer and a key suspect linked to the murder of 28-year-old Monica Nyawira Kimani, has been released.

The grounds of his maybe that he has decided to offer crucial information that will bring in a new twist in the case.Chief Investigating Officer Maxwell Otieno dropped the application to detain him.

According to the Prosecution, the suspect will be treated as State Witness once the investigations are complete.Jennings who was appearing before Senior Principal Magistrate Stella Atambo was however directed to report to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Wednesdays every week for a period of 2 months.

Jennings was arrested in Nairobi on Thursday October 18,2018 and arraigned before Resident Magistrate Justus Kituku.

Police had been given 14 days to detain him as investigations continued. Maybe the investigation have been fruitful or did not reap anything useful to the case.

Earlier during the hearing of the case Jowie and Maribe had pleaded not guilty to Justice James Wakiaga.
