Gospel singer Willy Paul has been facing backlash online after posting a video of himself flashing money that he has made over the past few months from gigs.
The controversial gospel singer is thought to be seeking publicity with the latest stunt, maybe for a new song.
He is said to be working on a song with Jamaican secular musician, Samantha J, which is yet to be released.
Kenyans were quick to call him out for being flashy, since as a gospel singer he is supposed to be humble.
Willy Paul has received a lot of critisms for doing collabos with most secular artist. Willy Paul has done a collabo with Nandy from Tanzania in his hit song ” Njiwa.” He has also done a collabo with Harmonize from Wasafi Records in the remix of his song “pilipili.”
Willy Paul has also feature sauti sol in his earlier collaboration. But the singer is also viewed to have changed priorities and right now he is more into love songs.
The singer has decided to bounce back by posting the unseen video he did before the limelight.

Willy Paul has on the video is defending himself by telling people to keep off his lanes with justification that he has come from far.
