Forget about dance. Anne Waiguru the Kirinyaga governor has today launched campaign of keeping Murang’a clean. Anne Waiguru who is the Deputy chair of the Governor’s council of Kenya, has decided to flag the distribution of large dust bins that will able to contain solid wastes around the county.

Anne Waiguru who is among the few governors the country has so far has proven to be on the run to raise the status of Kirinyaga county. Waiguru has been running a number of projects for the people of Kirinyaga for the sake of building the shape of that county.

The former cabinet secretary who resigned from office due to her health problems have shown more than ones her dire need to transform the county to reach other levels.
She has been on the map for steering the growth of Kirinyaga county.
Waiguru in also a number of times has shown support to the women to rise on positions of power. She has in a number of occasions supported the achievement of the 2/3 gender rule even more.

She has also included the youths in a number of development projects for the county of Kirinyaga.
Despite the earlier scandals that linked her to the lots of money that was lost through the youth fund and NYS during her tenure as the cabinet secretary. Anne Waiguru has since looked over that and she has proven to be a good leader for serving the people of Kirinyaga.

Most people were of the idea that Waiguru will run Kirinyaga county dry. But so far has not been the case. She has been “mama wa kazi.” initiating a number of projects and seeing them to conclusion.

She has been hailed for her determination in pushing the agenda of development forward in the county of Murang’a.
The people are optimistic that she will continue steering the county to greater heights even has she eyes for a second term in office as the governor.
