Prosecutor, Alexander Muteti today told the court that the ERC report on the alleged procurement of faulty transformers by Kenya Power boss Ben Chumo and other senior officers could not be found.
According to the prosecution, the file from the Energy Regulatory Commission was in the custody of Kenya Power. KOT have reacted to the absurd and convenient ‘misplacement’ of the crucial file.
The @ODPP_KE is the problem in the missing of @KenyaPower files. How do you prosecute people and now blame them for not safely keeping the files which were to help in jailing them? You charge Kenya Power managers with fraud and still want them to store prosecution files? Joker!!

The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is now under fire as Kenya try to wrap their heads around how the accused were given custody of the files that were being used to prosecute them.
