England based football team Tottenham Hotspur led its fans in celebrating the Kenya’s football team captain Victor Mugubi Wanyama.
Wanyama led the Kenyan side Harambee Stars in the Sunday October 14, 2018 match against Ehiopian side walya antelopes at Moi Sports Centre Kasarani.
The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier match saw the Wanyama led Harambe stars thrash the Ethiopian Walya antelopes 3-0.
Wanyama who plays for Spurs in the English Premier League scored a third goal in the Second half through a penalty kick making Kenya sniff the 2019 AFCON finals in Cameroon.
The first two goals had been scored in the first half during the 23rd and 27th minutes by Erick Johanna Omondi and Michael Olunga respectively.
Spurs took to its twitter account that has 3.09 million followers to congratulate their player Wanyama for leading Kenya to victory.
