Manchester United star Lukaku planning to quit Old Trafford

Manchester United talisman Romelu Lukaku has hinted at a future move to Juventus when asked about a possible move to Italy by an Italian news publication.

Lukaku joined Manchester United from Everton back in 2017 and has nailed down a starting berth since his move.

The Belgian striker has had on and off times at Manchester United but has scored a decent return of goals as he netted 27 times in all competitions last season.

Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lukaku revealed that he would one day love to play in Italy.

“Why not? I hope so. Juve have a great project in place and they just keep going. Every year they try to get stronger. Without doubt, Juve are one of the two or three best teams in Europe. They’ve got a great coach on the bench and extraordinary players in every area of the team.”

Lukaku also spoke of the superstars that Juventus possess, “Cristiano Ronaldo stands out, but watch out for the others too. Paulo Dybala is already impressive and getting stronger, while I love Douglas Costa. He’s an exceptional signing and his career shows he always makes the difference.”
