VIDEO: Harambee Stars Treated to an Electric Reception At Kasarani

Kenyan team Harambee Stars was treated to an electric reception by the fans who filled up the Kasarani Stadium. The players were treated a round of applause with screams filling the air as the famous “Vimbanda” song played at the stadium.

The fan attendance during todays match against Ethiopia is believed to be the biggest in the recent years of Kenyan football. This has majorly been attributed to the free tickets offered by the Kenyan government.

The Nairobi county government also availed 150 buses that picked fans from around different stations within the city. Security has been tightened in and around the stadium.

The match will kickoff at 4.00 pm.
