Mohamed Salah decided to snub an interview with Gary Neville and Sky Sports presenter Kelly Cates on the green carpet at FIFA’s The Best Awards.
Manchester United legend and ‘Sky Sports’ pundit Gary Neville was working at FIFA’s The Best awards last night.
Neville had greeted and asked Salah for a quick interview for ‘Sky’, however the 26-year-old snubbed his offer.
Salah, who was perhaps aware of the Manchester United – Liverpool rivalry, smiled and continued walking at the event. The Egyptian won the Puskás Award for his goal against Everton in 2017.
Neville took the rejection well, jokingly saying “We’ll take that as a no then”, as Salah did not want to stop and talk.
