Even former Egypt coach did not vote for Salah… but whom did he pick?

Former Egyptian National Manager Hector Cuper has surprisingly excluded Liverpool’s winger Mohamed Salah from his picks for top 3 for FIFA The Best award.

Salah has finished third in the annual FIFA award behind the winner Luka Modric, and Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo who came in the second place, however the Egyptian won a consolation prize in the Puskas award for his strike against Everton.

Cuper, who left his job at Egypt after 2018 FIFA World Cup, didn’t include the former AS Roma winger in his picks, as he went for his countryman Lionel Messi in his first choice.

The current Uzbakistan manager chose Ronaldo in second place before choosing Modric as his final pick
