Redsan’s producer breaks silence

Barely a day after Kenyan dancehall musician Redsan attacked his producer, the Kenya based Tanzanian producer Dr. Sappy has finally come out speaking of his ordeal with his client.

While speaking on of the radio stations Sappy said that he had forgiven Redsan after he reached out to him and asked for forgiveness.

He further added saying that despite having sought out the issue, he will still seek to get his rights and benefits as the producer of Redsan’s album The Baddest.

He added that he produced 95 percent of the songs in the album.

According to Sappy, “Redsan amenipigia simu akasema ilikuwa ni hasira…issue kubwa ni wajue Album ya Redsan ni Sappy ndio amefanya na nataka nijue nafaidika vipi ili iwe funzo kwa producer wengine wajue mtu akifanya kazi lazima apate haki yake. Issues za kupigana sina kinyongo na Redsan na tumesameheana.”

A source close to Redsan stormed Sappy’s recording Studio demanding for the Master Collection to his Baddest Album, after his phones calls went unanswered.

The source further disclosed that Redsan demanded for the Master copy from the producer and he had not paid a single shilling for the album they had worked on for the past four years.
