The move comes days after Obado admitted to being the father of the baby that Sharon was carrying at the time of her death.
He had however indicated that he had nothing to do with her killing.
Used condoms were found at the scene of the murder where her body was discovered with eight stab wounds.
A pathologist report later confirmed that the unborn baby had been stabbed as well.
The family has maintained that they will not bury Sharon until her killers are brought to book.
They however buried the foetus one week ago at her grandfather’s homestead as per Luo traditions.
