Kampala City is currently a no go zone after Ugandans brought their capital to a standstill with free Bobi Wine demonstrations.
This follows President Museveni’s decision to re-arrest Robert Kyagulanyi and block the politicians move from leaving for America where he was supposed to undergo specialized treatment after being brutalized by the Ugandan police.
Bobi was re-arrested on Thursday night at the Entebbe Airport where he was supposed to fly out. This comes even after the courts declared that he was free to leave the country after being released on bail early in the week.

Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie Kyagulanyi said that the police brutally beaten in front of a government doctor after he was arrested.
“They switched off the lights in the ambulance and started battering him! ” Barbie said through her official Facebook page.
The latest development have led to demonstrations both in the Streets of Kampala and social Media as Wine’s fans demand that the Ugandan despots frees their hero.
Pictures posted on Social Media show heavy military presence in the streets with Museveni trying to stamp an authority in the country. Museveni is so afraid of the rising influence of the Pop star musician whom most Political experts believe is the promised messiah to finally bring him down.

Let’s be clear, it’s really not govt business to decide which doctor @HEBobiwine or Hon. Zaake choose to see. It is also not its business to speculate on whether they are “sick enough” to leave the country. This kind of injustice is exactly why we went to war!#CountryBeforeSelf
