News reaching our desk is that Ugandan pop-star cum politician Bobi Wine has just been re-arrested by the Ugandan police under the instruction from their despotic President Yoweri Museveni.

Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie Kyagulanyi shared a video on Facebook showing her husband being whisked away by security forces at Entebbe airport.

Bobi was abducted at the the airport where he was to travel to the UK to seek specialized treatment after being tortured by army officers.

Barbie said that the security forces manhandled the sickly MP before whisking him away to an unknown location via the airport’s departure section.

“Security forces just manhandled my husband and and whisked him away to an unknown destination from Entebbe airport. He groaned in pain as he called my name to save him from being taken by his tortures again. They forced him into an ambulance and drove out of the airport departures section.” Barbie posted on her official Facebook page.

Wine was supposed to travel to London for specialized treatment after his release on bail on Monday, but it seems that is not going to happen.

Bobi, whose officials names are Robert Kyagulanyi has been charged with treason.

They were arraigned over their alleged role in the pelting with stones of the President Yoweri Museveni’s convoy after a local election rally.

Bobi Wine, who can barely walk without the help of crunches, will be admitted at the Royal London Hospital where he will receive treatment after extensive torture while in jail for close to two weeks.

Norbet Mao, a Uganda politician and one of Bobi Wine’s lawyers, said the MP for Kyadondo East and his colleague for Mityan Municipality Francis Zaake will both to be treated at the hospital.

“We are in touch with a doctor Martin Griffin of London Royal Hospital who is supposed to receive both Zaake and Kyagulanyi,” Mao told reports moments after the MPs were released on bail.
