Kenyans took to Social Media on Wednesday to show their displeasure about the recent misconduct of their Members of Parliament. News broke on Friday that MPs had been paid to shoot down a report on contaminated sugar.
It was rumored that, the honorable Member had received as little as ksh 10,000 to shoot down the report. On Monday, a local daily published a list of more than 150 members who received the money to be bribed.
Citizens have now taken to twitter with the hastag #HouseofPigs to show their displeasure at the Parliament. Some Kenyans are even demanding that the greedy Parliamentarians should be send packing and the house should be dissolved to pave way for fresh elections. Using photo shopped pictures of the legislators with pig mouths, Kenyans said some nasty things about the honorable members.
Check some of the reactions below.

Raila Odinga Junior, son to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga asked that the leaders should be recalled so we can vote in sober leders.
“It’s a big shame for mps to get bribed and shoot down a very important http://report.No other parliament has behaved in such a manner. We should recall this #HouseOfPigs and vote in sober leaders. Seems it’s will take ages to achieve the Big4 if these are the characters”
But a section of Kenyans were also quick to remind us of the mistakes we do on the ballot. In a cryptic message, one asked why we should be making noise when an MP is bribed with ksh 10,00 yet we sold our vote for a paltry 100 shillings?
But why are you all acting surprised that #HouseOfPigs took bribes of a mere 10k to shoot down the sugar report while some of you SOLD YOUR VOTES for sh 100 and free bus ride to Nrb while 36 bloggers took home afew 1,000s #VoiceIT
