Manchester United willing to sell duo

Manchester United have warned clubs interested in Matteo Darmian and Daley Blind that the pair won’t be sold on the cheap. Both look set to leave Old Trafford this summer, with Jose Mourinho happy that United listen to offers. Ajax are exploring the possibility for re-signing Blind, who they sold to United for £13.8million in 2014.

Darmian, meanwhile, has been the subject of transfer negotiations with Juventus over the last few months. Roma were looking into landing Blind last January, with Crystal Palace having also debated the idea of a bid while Frank De Boer was manager. Both are entering the final year of their contracts and United want to recoup a percentage of the money they lavished under Louis van Gaal.

Darmian said: ‘We haven’t discussed renewing. My agent knows what I want. Juve, Inter, Napoli or somebody else – it’s not for me to say. If it were to happen, I would go for the best solution. The doors are open.’
