Edwin Lavatsa Completes Posta Rangers Move

Former Tusker United striker has completed a move to Sportpesa Premier League Side Posta Rangers. The striker put pen to paper on a three year deal.

“We have signed Lavatsa for a three-year contract and we are confident we will bring in another quality player. We are in negotiation with another top player, who is likely to join us by this weekend.” Rangers Chairman John Tonui confirmed.

Journeyman Lavatsa who has featured for Mathare United, Bandari, MC Algers and Gor Mahia before was released by Tusker over the weekend alongside Collins Shivachi, Lawrence Kasadha, David Okello and David Mwangi.

The lanky forward will bring alot of experience to the SPL side as he already boasts of winning the Cecafa Challenge Cup with the national team in 2012. He also has KPL winners’ medal which he won with Gor in 2013
