Man United’s confirm bid for Gareth Bale

Manchester United have officially placed a bid to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid. Bale came off the bench against Liverpool before scoring a match-winning double for the Los Blancos in the Champions League final.

When the match ended Bale confirmed that he’s been frustrated with his limited game time at Real Madrid.

Aside from offering Bale the game time he desires, Man United are working on an attractive financial package for the Welsh forward who could become the Premier League’s highest earner if he moves to Old Trafford as they are willing to pay Bale 35 million euros a year in wages.

United coach Jose Mourinho has been targeting Bale for some time and  made his intentions clear last summer that Bale was a priority for Man United when the Red Devils played Real Madrid in a friendly.
