Now, when you talk about this people usually think about the male folks, because it’s believed women are cleaner, however that’s just a misconception.

Vagina

One thing is to wash the genitals in the daily shower, a recommended and beneficial practice, and another is the vaginal showers, which can endanger your health.

Experts point out that they unbalance the balance of bacteria in the vagina, they can alter the acidity of the great tract and increase the risk of infections.

Heel

The heel is a padded cushion of fatty tissue that holds its shape despite the pressure of body weight and movement. Some problems resulted with the feet are corns and calluses. They are thick, hard patches of skin found on your feet. If you have them, you may notice pain when you walk or wear shoes.

While not properly done, overwashing and leaving some water on your feet will result to infections.
