Video: Dark Monday as Another Tragedy Knocks at Kanyariri Primary School

Even before the dust settles on Precious Talents Academy incident, Kanyariri Primary School in Kabete is also in grief after a swarm of bees invaded the school and attacking pupils and leaving many of them nursing injuries.

According to reports, over 50 pupils from the school which is located in Kabete Kiambu county have been rushed to Wangige Health Centre for treatment of bee stings after the dangerous insects invaded their school on Monday afternoon.

In a video shared online, the children were playing in the school field before the ‘hell sent’ insects descended on them forcing many pupils to scamper for safety.

Emergencies services which included Firefighters from Kiambu county rushed to the school to contain the situation.

Earlier on in the morning, seven pupils from Precious Talent Academy in Nairobi lost their lives after a classroom collapsed on them.

Several others were reportedly injured in the tragedy which took the whole country by surprise.

In other sad news, two children aged 10 and 12 were mauled to death by a crocodile as they were fetching water from the Athi River in Machakos County on Monday morning.

Elsewhere in Nakuru county, a 4-year-old girl was raped and then killed. Police are already piecing evidence to bring the culprits into book.
