Kenyan Premier League giants Gor Mahia have partnered with technology company Infinity Tickets to introduce e-ticketing ahead of the home match against Aigle Noir in the CAF Champions League preliminary round.

The revolutionary electronic system will boost matchday revenues by weeding out sale of fake tickets. The system is also in line with the club’s policy of implementing hassle-free access to Gor Mahia’s match day tickets.

To purchase our ticket, go to the website ticketing menu or click this link to get your ticket.

You then register as a normal user, provide the required details including Mpesa phone number that you will use to buy a ticket. Choose the ticket level to buy whether regular, ViP or VViP.

Click on the ticket of choice and you will get a pop up on your phone to enter Mpesa PIN. The payment goes to Africa Data Technologies Limited who manage the ticketing system.

Your ticket will be sent to the email you provide during registration. Print the ticket and present to the gate for validation before entry.

If using the App, the ticket will remain in your profile and you can present the same at the gate for validation without printing.

An Mpesa SMS you receive will have a ticket ID, do not lose it. It can be used to validate a ticket.

Do not share your ticket for the system will identify a ticket that has already gained entry.

Club treasurer Sally Bollo expressed great optimism in the digital system and urged fans to take it up for a faster and transparent process.

“After successful research and testing of the e-ticket system, am happy to announce that we are good and ready to go. The e-ticket is a brilliant way for us to consolidate our revenue as a club by ensuring transparent, fast and easy ways for our supporters to get their tickets from wherever they are across the country,” said she

“This ticketing platform will enhance the customer experience for our supporters, giving them a seamless process from the time they enter the app, pay for their ticket and appear at the gates of the stadium where the system authenticates the same via our scanners.

Am extremely delighted to rally for your support because we are ready to roll out tomorrow. With your backing and the IT expertise that we have on board, we are ready for the 25th August Match. With its successful implementation dear members, I assure you of an increase in our revenue, and positive customer experience for our supporters,” the treasurer added
