Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria on Wednesday left Kenyans stitches after he savagely responded to Majority Leader Aden Duale hours after he rubbished his 2022 presidential bid.
The two vocal legislators engaged in a war of words after Duale called Kuria a donkey in the 2022 Presidential race. During an interview with Citizen TV’s Hussein Mohammed, Duale claimed that the race will only be between horses Deputy President William Ruto and Opposition Leader Raila Odinga.
“In 2022, it will be a two-horse race between William Ruto and Raila Odinga. The rest are donkeys. I will support DP Ruto in 2022. He is not the kind of person you abandon. He is a strong politician” Duale confidently said.

Angered by Duale’s rant, Kuria called the Garissa Town MP a camel which was elected by only 2000 people.
“Hii dunia ina maajabu. A camel elected by 2000 people calls others donkeys? How now ?,” read Moses Kuria’s Facebook post.
Kenyans who took to social media to express their amusement over Kuria’s response thinks that the legislator can make a good comedian. Some of his fans further wondered whether the MP was in his sobber state of mind as he typed his late-night post.
“Have they legalized marijuana without my consent ama ni ile effect ya a single puff that lasts for 7 years?? Coz I would be over exhilarated to see these 2000 camels electing a super camel,” one Rashid Said commended.
