Controversial Lawyer Miguna Miguna on Sartuday excited social media users with his fiery response to President Uhuru Kenyatta’s call for lifestyle change for Kenyans.
At the memorial service of the late Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso, Uhuru called on Kenyans to take the initiative to fight cancer by changing western lifestyles.
“Let’s stop buying processed food in supermarkets and instead go back to eating traditional food to prevent cancer.Tabia zetu pia sio kama zile zilikuwa za zamani, lazma tantalise what is it that we do today that our forefathers never did that is causing this disease to spread as fast as it is in our country”.
President Kenyatta reiterates that Kenyans need to change their lifestyles;

In a rejoinder, the city lawyer went on to urge the President to stop preaching water while taking wine and initiate the move of him quitting cigarettes and marijuana which are health hazardous.
“Kenyans are waiting to see you quit smoking cigarettes and ganja, Mr. Despot. Cigarette smoking causes lung cancer. Live by example. Stop preaching water when you drink chang’aa”.

Miguna’s response has excited Kenyans who now think it is the lawyer who needs to stop taking marijuana which according to some could be the cause for bitterness he has for Uhuru.
