Kenyan Premier League newcomers Wazito FC have recently been hitting the headlines with their spending spree this transfer period.

The Ricardo Badoer-led team have arguably made good use of this period by bringing in new faces in the club but have lost just a few. They got a promotion to the KPL  after winning the National Super League title in the 2018-19 season.

Wazito are aware that they will be facing experienced teams in Kenya’s elite tournament, which is why they are revamping their squad ahead of next season.

Their aggressive activities have caught the attention of fans, who have sent a warning to other KPL clubs to do the same or prepare to brace for a difficult encounter with the Camp Toyoyo-based club.

Adams Joseph Nashipae Ene Sindiyo coach asiwadharau…hio tu.

Owen Kasiera Majani Reminds me of sofapaka after they won the league. They made a madrush of signings and flopped badly!

Adams Joseph Owen Kasiera Majani yes their debut they won the league…now if money flows well in a club n players r happy….the competition will be high

Victor Ogembo Adams Joseph Remember the signing wolves did? They brought in the best and managed a top 8 finish. Hii season wazito watasumbua ofcourse but winning isnt a guarantee.

Fredrick Odinga Even Posta Rangers signed good players but flopped terribly forcing then chairman Maj.Gen Rtd Hussein Ali to reduce fundings for the team.

Moses Ochieng Good signing has to go hand in hand with good payment for the boys to perform. Meanwhile KPL needs good competence to make the league vibrant

Kennix David This is the bitter truth..WAZITO will do well..all a team needs is sound leadership and great financial muscle…they have both

Harrison Muinde kumbukeni hata sofapaka iliingia ligi na vishindo ivo na kama mzaha wakabeba ubingwa

Paul Mulemi Ouma for Ochieng , Otanga,Saha, Karim I concur those are good signings, lakini kuna ziingine hapo I really don’t understand the logic…

As it stands, the Camp Toyoyo-based side have signed more than 10 players. Here are some of the players signed so far;

Elvis Rupia, Abouba Sibomana, Karim Nizigiyimana, Derrick Otanga, Joshua Otieno, Kelvin Omondi, Pistone Mutamba, Gad Mathews, Bernard Ochieng, Mansoor Safi Agu and Bixente Otieno among others.
