Nobody had foreseen the outcome to have such a huge craze during the requiem mass of Ken Okoth. Netizens have expressed their displeasure with Okoth’s ‘second wife’ over the drama caused after the death. Some have proposed for a DNA to ascertain the claims. However, Mwenye macho haambiwi tazama as the child posses a striking resemblance with Okoth.
During Okoth’s requiem mass, Gov Mike Sonko who always says as it is revealed how the relationship between Anne Thumbi and Ken Okoth transpired. Anne Thumbi was a nurse under Sonko Rescue Team and he ‘gifted’ Okoth with the beautiful lady. Sonko was to then return the favour by nominating Anne in the Nairobi County Assembly.
Whether Sonko was trying to prove that he was a good friend to Okoth or was saying the truth, he just publicly declared that he gave Anne the county job as a favour and not through merit. Most Kenyans are guessing that Anne Thumbi was illegal and unprocedural nominated because of Ken Okoth. In the minds of most bitter Kenyans, they think she already got what she wanted for the upkeep of herself and the son.
It would have been prudent for Anne Thumbi to have reported the matter to the Kenyan courts earlier when Hon Ken Okoth was alive and making advances to her for intimacy relationship. Through various screenshots that have been making rounds on social media, it was evident that Hon. Ken Okoth had the people of Kibra at heart.
He was taking Care of Jayden, his purported son with Anne Thumbi. So should a DNA be carried out to identify whether Jayden is the legal son of Okoth?
