Kenyans will also rock our screens with witty challenges, sometimes maybe we take our jokes too far? I guess not. Just when I thought the Wamlambez wave was done, another Kenyan has proven us wrong. The phrase is now international my people! By now we already know, you mention the term Wamlambez among the youth in Nairobi today and chances are you will receive an enthusiastic response to the effect of “Wamnyonyez”.
So on Wednesday, UK Prime Minister made an exit at 10 Downing Street, as she boarded her ride, a Kenyan was heard from the crowd shouting “Wamlambez” the phrase might not make any sense to those around him, but the video was well received back at home. Some of us actually responded back, we can’t just let the wave die like that you know!
