The La Liga giants Barcelona will present their new signing Antoine Griezmann on Sunday behind closed doors on Sunday and fans won’t be allowed to attend. This is due to the ongoing works to replace the pitch at Barca’s famous home.
The Frenchman completed a €120 million move from Atletico Madrid on Friday and the Blaugrana later revealed that the French forward, who has signed a five-year contract, will be officially unveiled on Sunday.
After the traditional photo session at the Barca store at Camp Nou on Saturday at 21:00 CET, Griezmann will undergo medical examinations with the rest of the squad on Sunday ahead of the start of pre-season training on Monday.
Griezmann will have a photoshoot at Barça's megastore at 21:00 tomorrow. On Sunday, at 18:15, he will sign his contract followed by a photoshoot at 19:00. Half an hour later, at 19:30, he will be presented. To conclude the presentation, he will attend a press conference. [fcb] pic.twitter.com/eWTkdCUnxP

Only part of the stadium was open for the presentation of midfielder Frenkie de Jong last Friday, with 19,850 fans in attendance to welcome the Dutch midfielder. Goalkeeper Neto, signed from Valencia, was then unveiled behind closed doors on Tuesday.

It is also worth remembering that a section of Barca fans shouted “Griezmann, bastard, out of Camp Nou!” at the French forward during Atletico Madrid’s visit in La Liga in April, while some supporters also called for the resignation of president Josep Maria Bartomeu during De Jong’s unveiling last week.
The 28-year-old Frenchman will address the media at 19:30 CET on Sunday, following his photo session at Camp Nou.
