If you don’t want to get pregnant, try out these natural birth control foods

There are your basic birth control pills and methods, then there are certain foods you can consume to also lower your chances of getting pregnant! Incorporate these foods into your diet with actual birth control to make sure you are 100% safe, or at least as careful as possible.

1. Ginger

Ginger stimulates menstrual blood flow. Wash and grate the ginger. Add the grated ginger to a pan of boiling water. Steep it for five minutes and then strain the mixture. 2. Papaya

For those who want to have raw sex, make sure to have papaya twice a day for 3-4 days after that to reduce chances of pregnancy. It is an effective birth control remedy to prevent pregnancy. Also, you can give your boyfriend/husband a lot of Papaya to eat since it’s known to reduce sperm count in males. The sperm count goes back to normal after they stop eating.

It’s been known to cause abortions and miscarriages. However for it to work as a contraceptive, it should be taken a lot over a long period of time to ensure you don’t get pregnant.

4. Vitamin C

Taking Vitamin C is one of the best forms of natural birth control. It interferes with the progesterone hormone which prepares the uterus for pregnancy and hence prevents pregnancy. Take 1500 mg of Vitamin C tablets twice a day for 2-3 days after unsafe sex.

5. Apricot

This prevents fetus implantation, disabling you from getting pregnant. After having unprotected sex, eat 5-10 apricot kernels every day until your period begins.
