Deputy President Dr William Ruto’s Tanga tanga separate women’s league that seeks to counter their Kieleweke’s Team Embrace Kenya might soon get a strong counter.

With 2022 drawing near, Dr Ruto is positioning himself to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta. The parties interested in the 2022 race are doing everything  possible to win the 2022 race.

Over the weekend, we saw Kieleweke’s team embrace gather in Murang’a for a mega rally in support of President Kenyatta’s development agend and the handshake.

In what seems like a way of countering Kieleweke, Tanga tanga have come up with their women wing dubbed Inua Mama and has 48 elected women leaders.

It will be crisscrossing the country conducting fundraisers to help women form saccos while popularising Dr Ruto.

The group aims to tame the Embrace team which popularises the political handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Mr Odinga.

Inua Mama claims that, just like the Kieleweke outfit, the Embrace team undermines Dr Ruto as the second in command and that they are not genuine in their mission for peace in the country, maintaining that the country is not at war.

Gideon Moi-led KANU Party which is also a strong contestant in the 2022 race also has its women wing dubbed Maendeleo ya Wanawake.

Are women the ones going to determine the next head of state? Well, exiled lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has also vowed to come up with his own women brigade to counter the existing wings.

The self-declared general says the NRMKe Revolutionary Women Brigade will soon arrive to “instill discipline and REVOLUTIONARY order”.

However, Miguna Miguna is still in Canada since his deportation after commissioning Raila’s mockery swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park on January 30, 2018.

His return to Kenya has always been a puzzle. Do you think he will manage to establish the said  NRMKe Revolutionary Women Brigade and Counter the Inua Mama, Team Embrace and Maendeleo ya wanawake?
