Even as Harambee Stars prepare for the African Cup of Nation tournament, fun and happy moments were not left behind as they had to go with them to Paris, France.
Stars will be lucky to grace the AFCON tournament since 2014 and will be looking forward to bringing the trophy to Kenya for at least the first time.
According to reports, all players who are going to be featured in the competition are already in the training ground including the Tottenham player Victor Wanyama who had delayed his move due to the Champions League finals against Liverpool last Saturday.
Recently, the squad wasn’t in its fine moments after a report emerged that Michael Olung’s parent club in Japan failed to release him despite a directive from FIFA that the player be released for the purpose of uniting with fellow stars in Paris.
Fortunately, after FKF’s intervention, the player was released and joy came back to the squad.
It is for the same joy that made Harambee Stars celebrate Assistant captain Musa Mohammed’s birthday in style.
