One of Kenya’s youngest multi-talented 10-year old girl Sheila Sheldon Charles is a great painter model and designer.
Just at a tender age, Sheila has found and strive to uplift her talent. Armed with pencil, paint, and canvas, Sheila produces art that speaks volumes of what she feels.
Deputy President William Ruto has entered the list of prominent people Sheila has expressed what she feels for then through her work tools.
The 10-year-old artist has completed portraits of prominent people and met heads of states including our own HE Uhuru M. Kenyatta, Uganda’s Yoweri K. Museveni.
Nairobi county governor Mike “Sonko” Mbuvi, Mombasa county governor Ali H. Joho, Kwale county governor Salim Mvuria, musicians such as Akothee and many more. She has toured several countries including the U.S and East African countries teaching young children how to draw and paint, she will be leaving for the UK in July on the same.
She won the Tese Foundation Youngest Lioness Award in 2018, and in February this year, Sheilah was nominated by the UC Davies University in California, USA to give a speech about Martin Luther King Jr. a move which is believed that Sheilah has the ability to change the mindsets of the youth.
