Jumwa had filed a petition at the tribunal and was handed reprieve on Friday after the tribunal ruled she remains a member of ODM.
“The tribunal hereby declares that the proceedings violated Article 47 of the constitution … were unprocedural and violated provisions of the Political Parties Act, Fair Administrative Action Act and Article 8.4.2 of the ODM,” the tribunal said.
In response the Senate Majority Leaderwenslammed Jumwa’s critics saying their bid to have her expelled from ODM and the Malindi seat declared vacant flopped.
“Your enemies in GOLDM were hanging on hopeless, primitive&archaic strategy to intimidate you,” said Murkomen.
