How To Lose Weight, But Only From The Shoulders Down

Sometimes we all want to lose weight but are afraid of having hollow cheeks or peeping cheekbones it’s not a beholding sight. Facial fat is very important it makes you look youthful, that’s why some people would rather stay overweight than lose their youthful look.

You do not have to stay overweight any more, here are steps to ensure you only lose weight from your neck down.

1. Make water your friend

With or without a weight loss plan water should not be a topic of discussion, everyone should own at least 2 litres of pure water a day. Make this your habit and your skin will always glow because all toxins are flushed out before they can start eating up your healthy cells.

2. You need your own special beauty sleep

The recommended time of sleep is 8 hrs for an adult, however, that can prove to be difficult with the daily hustle and bustle so you should be able to catch a snooze for six to eight hours.

Irregular sleeping patterns are one of the reasons your face gets sunken and start developing dark circles under your eyes.

3. Do some Facial exercises

This is another key to warding off wrinkles and increased blood flow in your face if followed diligently. One of the exercises includes trapping air into both your cheeks and moving your lips from one side to another.

You can also do some facial massages, which involve gently rubbing wrinkle prone areas and tension areas or tapping (tremor movements) which leads to a healthier and glowing look.

4. Follow a healthy diet plan

Make sure that your diet plan has all the vitamins, minerals, and nutritional value your body needs. Avoid the diets that focus on only one type of food or excludes all types of carbs for instance. Unbalanced diets play a huge role in affecting your natural glow and makes your face look very pale.

5. Avoid too much salt

Taking in too much salt in your food is a big no-no! Salt stores up liquid in your body, which makes you look bloated and affects your skin. When losing weight, your body starts to shed all that liquid first which leaves your face looking even thinner. So, try to avoid any food that has too much salt.
