Do you have a bucket list, not buckets you want to shop for, but a list of things you would like to do before you get off this earth? And no buckets list is not for kids nor teenagers but also adults can have one. You probably have like two things even if becoming the President of Kenya is there do not be afraid to jot it down, who knows what may happen, I may even end up being your own campaign manager, but let’s leave that to dreams and ambitions and maybe put a pin on it. A bucket list that’s where we were, do you have one?
A bucket list can also be called “things to do before you die” or something. It is possibly derived from the English idiom ‘to kick the bucket’ which means ‘to die’. Itis used as an informal way or as slang and it is believed that the idiom comes from the method of execution such as hanging.
Since you know have the meaning in your hands, your list does not have to a large number of things or way over the board things that like visiting the moon but if all your friends are ballerz and you happen to know Elon Musk, then you can nobody is stopping you but space and money and resources and I don’t know, never been to space myself.
On a serious note though, even having a house, a decent job and money to feed yourself and maybe support your family, it can be on your bucket list and also your goal for it is the little things we take for granted in life that others long for. My bucket list is quite complicated but has the simplest of desires. I would love to travel to Nepal and in the mountains just feel the raw natural life and just breathe clear my head. I would also like to take my parents to an exotic vacation, somewhere they themselves have never imagined, and the happiness on their faces would be enough for me.
My last one would be to probably touch someone’s heart in this cold world, I mean anyone I have an encounter with be it me doing something generous for you, making you smile and that happy thought would kill any ill mood you may encounter that day, that for me would be like I have lied to my full potential on this world.
