Bandari FC 2nd Place hopes on course as they share points with Mathare United

In a quest to secure position two in the Kenya Premier League, Bandari FC gave it’s all against Mathare United at Moi Kasarani Stadium. The visitors made a couple of attempts but none of them worked out.

At the break, it was still a barren draw. Mathare who are currently sitting in the sixth position, missing defenders Andrew Juma and John Ochieng due to  Suspension, were looking to avoid another third draw after sharing points with Western Stima.

Bandari’s william Wardi passed a great ball to Yema Mwanza wasted a clear opportunity to score when his shot was saved by the hosts’ keeper.

With the 0-0 draw, the Dockers remain in the second place since Sofapaka drew with Chemilil Sugar earlier on Wednesday and Mathare too stay at position 6.
