Cherenyany Constituency Member of parliament Hon Joshua Kutuny has said that funds meant for water and irrigation projects in Rift Valley have been stolen.
The seemingly angry Kutuny says this is the biggest problem in Rift Valley and that he has evidence the funds were wrongly used.
He says the money has been stolen by a few corrupt individuals from the region.
He further urged President Uhuru Kenyatta not to relent on the fight against corruption that he had already started.
He says war against corruption is the only way that will see Rift Valley residents have access to clean water.
