The recent declaration by former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale that he has officially joined the jubilee party has brought more reactions within the fold.
It’s now clear that the deputy president William Ruto is planning to have either Boni or any vocal politician from Western to replace former Jubilee interim chair David Murathe.
The firebrand politician made the announcement when he symbolically hosted Deputy President William Ruto at his rural home in Malinya, Kakamega County.

The plot is to rope in Khawale and other like-minded politicians into Jubilee before a surprise major walkout into Rutoโs new political vehicle.
Ruto is on the drawing board quietly shopping for a political party ahead of 2022 general elections and according to sources also earmarked for a big post in the new party is Senator Ken Lusaka from Bungoma.

A source familiar with development has hinted to the writer that Ruto allies are already on the advanced stage of registering a political party in preparation for 2022 in case the Jubilee politicians from Mount Kenya won’t issue Ruto a direct presidential ticket.
“The DP is ready to bring Khalwale to lead the Jubilee party in an effort to attracts Luhya attention, soon you will see more development as tho rift valley politicians allied to Ruto are doing everything possible to see the DP succeed to power,” he states.
Since resigning from Jubilee, Murathe has been traversing across the Country warning Ruto of 2022 consequences.
