All Eyes and Mouths Were Opened! Everyone Thought Wilder Has Killed Dominic- VIDEO

Whether he deliberately said it or have it at heart, Deontay Wilder’s death threat to an opponent should not be a thing to go by.

Wilder mentioned his death threat a few days before meeting his opponent Dominic Breazeale.

In several interviews, Wilder has channeled the fictional character Ivan Drago’s most memorable line “If he dies, he dies” from the movie “Rocky IV.”

“If he dies, he dies,’’ Wilder said to one US Sports publication on Wednesday. “This is boxing. This is not a gentleman’s sport. This is a gladiator’s sport. And with bad blood, we know I possess the power…”

“If anybody thinks this is a game, you better close your eyes,” Wilder said. “If you’re there, bring a blindfold because this is going to be a tragedy. That’s the least I can do, I can pay for the funeral…”

Now came the day when he met his opponent Breazeale, people still had the fear in them concerning Wilder’s recent comment.

Wilder retained his WBC world heavyweight title on Saturday night with a stunning first-round knockout against Dominic Breazeale.

Breazeale was expected to put up a good fight, but in the end it was no contest as Wilder floored the American with 43 seconds remaining of the opening round.

Upon the killer knock-out, fans were shocked when they saw Breazeale go down. Eyes and mouths were wide open in fear that Wilder has done what he said.

Every boxing fan now wants to see the Bronze Bomber take on Anthony Joshua in a title showdown.

Joshua – who faces Andy Ruiz Jr at Madison Square Garden in New York on June 1 – currently holds the IBF, WBA (Super) and WBO belts.
